Help, the second level won't load (solved) Just got the game today, it ran well, the first level gave me zero problems, but when I try to get into the second level it just won't load. There's the loading screen, then the little box on the corner indicating that it's loading, and then the screen goes black. They didn't expect you to hit 100% before fighting Cortex the first time. As far as I can tell, there's no way to fix this beyond starting a new save. Unless you've beaten Cortex before, in which case you do have to fight him again when you reach 100%. You don't get a choice in the matter. Go fight Cortex. This is bug that may happen if game resolution is higher then your monitor and one fix it to set res for your monitor/laptop screen. Hey guys I actually found a fix. boot up the game and go to the graphic settings. next go to resolution and go to the left once. apply the graphics settings and the options should show up. you can then change it to your actual resolution and what not. for some reason I think alt + enter screws up the textures but this THANKFULLY fixes that. < > If the AMD control panel has upscaling enabled (I.e run the game in 8k or whatever) uncheck these settings and only allow native resolution for your monitor/TV.
